On May 22, 2024, Resort Trades Learning Center will present an interactive session addressing how and why timeshare resorts, travel businesses, and travel clubs should immediately begin to incorporate AI into their procedures. Resort Trades Publisher Sharon Scott Wilson, RRP, will interview Jon Arnett and Chris Dickhans from the speech analytics firm, Yactraq, at 1:00 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to comment and ask questions in the Chat section.

Arnett, who is Yactraq’s SVP of Global Sales, was an integral part of the company’s technology team and is intimately familiar with all its capabilities and properties. It’s a commonly held belief that Speech Analytics will be a key differentiator for businesses and is being used to dramatically improve sales and marketing success, transform and improve customer experience, and internally monitor compliance on 100% of interactions. Jon will explain how this innovative technology can be maximized.

Joining Arnett will be VP of Sales, Americas, Chris Dickhans who will address issues such as how analytics works in various scenarios and why it is light-years ahead of other methods on gauging customer sentiment.

Join us with your questions and be prepared to take notes. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to find out what AI can mean for you. Come prepared to find out:

  • Are vacation ownership and timeshare entities currently using AI? Why or why not?
  • Most professionals are already exploring AI to improve revenues and deliver better CX. What are the challenges to entry?
  • How are resort professionals going to use voice analytics to track compliance? How important will that be in a court of law?
  • Does size matter? Can a smaller resort afford it? How can one get on the fast track with Yactraq?

We look forward to seeing you online at this forward-looking event! Attend and learn what it takes to compete at the highest level.
