Ron will discuss options that are readily available, make or save the HOA many thousands of dollars each month, add value to the resort, and avoid some of the bad press that has been heaped upon the timeshare business in America. With the proper policies in place, HOA’s can avoid “Special Assessments”, replenish sinking funds, eliminate deferred maintenance, and keep the resort on a solid financial footing.
