Vacation Partner Services, Inc. (VPS) has acquired Vacation Ownership Title Agency (VOTA), a title insurance agent underwritten by Stewart Title Guaranty Company.
VPS offers consulting services rooted in a three-pillar philosophy – Advisement, Accuracy, and Efficiency. With the acquisition of VOTA, VPS expands to a full suite of services for the lifecycle of a vacation ownership property including contract audit services, title and escrow work, and ongoing member and inventory tracking.

The VOTA team brings a strong background in all types of timeshare title and escrow transactions. VOTA’s expertise partnered with VPS will provide solutions to streamline the timeshare sales and closing process.
