True Incentive, a Florida-based company that provides incentive-based direct marketing solutions to the Vacation Ownership, Vacation Membership, Financial, Telecommunications, and Auto industries has named Ilene Youngblood to the position of Director of Sales Operations. With True Incentive for nearly 19 years, Ilene was previously National Account Executive. She still maintains most of the responsibilities of her former position which entailed acting as the primary business contact for clients. She now also manages the existing client maintenance accounts and reports directly to executive management.

Ilene holds a B.A. from the University of South Florida in Business Management and Psychology. She is a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
