SPI Software Announces Partnership with New Florida Client

SPI Software, the leading provider of management-oriented software systems and solutions for timeshare resort developers and operators, has recently announced its partnership with Coconut Palms Beach Resort 1 and SuniSands BeachClub in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. SPI will provide resort management software for the 40-units at both resorts.

Coconut Palms Beach Resort 1 and SuniSands BeachClub are located oceanfront in New Smyrna Beach, south of Daytona Beach and close to Florida’s Space Coast attractions. Resort guests enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, white sand beaches with an old-style Florida beach haven atmosphere. Glenn Eichmann has been Resort Manager of Coconut Palms 1 for 15 years and SuniSands Beach Club for three, working with the resort’s HOA’s.
