Grand Pacific Resorts Partners with Keep Tahoe Blue in Beach Clean-up

Grand Pacific Resorts recently partnered with The League To Save Lake Tahoe, also known as Keep Tahoe Blue, to clean the beaches and surrounding areas of Tahoe City. The clean-up effort kicked off the resort management company’s Fall 2024 Leadership Meeting in a demonstration of its ongoing commitment to corporate sustainability.

Forty-seven company team leaders, general managers, and executives joined forces with Keep Tahoe Blue’s Community Outreach Team, rolling up their sleeves to clean the shores, sidewalks, bushes, and trails around Tahoe City in what Grand Pacific Resorts strongly believes is its shared responsibility to environmental conservation. In just 45 minutes, the leaders had collectively picked up a remarkable 146 pounds of trash.

“It was so inspiring to see our leaders from across our resorts give of their time and effort as they united to help protect the beautiful vacation destinations in which we operate, and that our owners call their homes away from home,” said Renee Wagner, RRP, Senior Director of Creative Services and Brand Management. “Our goal is to preserve these pristine locations so that visitors can continue to enjoy them for many years to come.”

Grand Pacific Resorts has enjoyed a long-standing presence in the North Lake Tahoe region, with four managed resorts in the area. It manages Olympic Village Inn and Red Wolf Lodge at Olympic Valley, both nestled in the scenic mountains of Olympic Valley, along with Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge and Tahoe Sands Resort, ideally situated right on the shores of North Lake Tahoe.
