Kyle Oliver has been promoted as SPI’s “Director of Business Analysis and System Implementation”. Kyle has been with SPI for over 12 years. With her extensive experience in analysis, implementation, training, documentation and testing, she will now lead the SPI Implementation Team as they continue to deliver exceptional installation and training services globally to our rapidly growing client base.
Brendon Winters
Brendon Winters, has joined SPI as the “Manager of International Sales”. Brendon comes to SPI with over 20 years of experience in Hospitality and Technology. He has an extensive history of providing sales technology solutions to a multitude of corporate and government businesses. Brendon has worked with numerous global brands such as Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott and others. He is tasked with managing SPI’s rapidly growing international timeshare client base and continuing to build key account partnerships.
Kassandra Lennox
Kassandra Lennox has joined SPI as the “Client Success Manager” of its Business Analysis and System Implementation team. In this position, Kassandra is tasked with assuring that all new and existing SPI Software clients have an excellent business experience in all aspects of working with the company. Ms. Lennox has built a distinguished career leading and training staff in the efficient and effective use of front desk, reservations, revenue management and night audit functionality.
