According to the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), the U.S. timeshare industry has seen record growth over the past several years, proving that timeshare vacations are not a trend of the past. In the U.S. alone, there are more than 1,500 timeshare resorts and more than 9.5 million timeshare intervals (weeks) are owned. Bradshaw believes it’s important for all viewers to understand that timeshares are an affordable annual vacationing option, with properties and programs constantly adapting to the wants and needs of the modern traveler. Families, especially, deserve the opportunity to enjoy yearly vacations in a manner that is cost-efficient and stress free—and timeshares can provide just that.
