During a live, online event tomorrow (February 9) at 1:00 p.m. ET, Lena Combs, CPA, CGMA, RRP and Brenna B. Agamaite, CPA, will review insights from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (“ACFE”)’s 11th edition of its Global Study on Occupational Fraud and Abuse entitled, “Report to the Nations.” The 2020 Global Study examines both the prevalence and extent of occupational fraud (fraud by employees) and provides tips on detection and prevention.

Lena Combs is a partner at Withum and practice leader of the firm’s hospitality services team. Specializing in accounting and auditing, she has extensive experience with hospitality companies in the hotel, vacation ownership, and owner association spaces. Her service areas of expertise include agreed-upon procedures, tax compliance and planning, business analysis, client-outsourced services, compliance and performance audits, internal control evaluation, and operational and financial consulting. Brenna Agamaite is a manager at Withum on the firm’s hospitality services team.
