Nordis Technologies, a fast-growing innovator of cloud solutions for omnichannel customer communication management and payments, has promoted Nicole M. Miller to the position of chief operating officer. Miller, Nordis’ vice president of client services since 2018, brings more than 20 years of executive management experience in strategy, operations, technology and product innovation to her new role.
“Nicole is an expert at scaling operations, including systems, teams, and processes, to support companies as they expand into larger enterprises. As COO, she is leading our efforts to deliver the next level of operating performance at Nordis,” said Ronnie Selinger, Nordis founder, president and CEO.
Since joining Nordis two years ago, Miller has ensured service excellence and faster return on investment for clients by creating efficiencies during implementation and ongoing support—even as the company has added more than two dozen new clients.
Previously, Miller was COO of Six Sents, an artificial intelligence startup focused on employee engagement. She also served as general manager of strategy and growth for healthcare firm Zoom+Care and as vice-president of product management for patient financing firm CarePayment, a Nordis client. Miller has held executive positions in product development, operations and client service with software and technology firms including Experian, Sage Software and WebMD Health.
Nordis Technologies is a leader in cloud-based, omnichannel customer communications management technology, integrated with print and mail services and payment solutions for auto finance, collections, healthcare revenue cycle management, mortgage servicers, property management, utilities, and vacation ownership. Companies trust Nordis to drive digital transformation and improve customer experience and financial performance with Expresso®, a powerful platform that delivers complete control and agility for creating, managing and distributing critical digital and print communications.
