Hyatt Vacation Ownership Properties Awarded With Tripadvisor Certificate Of Excellence

Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO), operator of Hyatt Residence Club, announced that thirteen of its luxury resorts have been awarded the TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence. The achievement celebrates hospitality businesses that consistently receive high traveler reviews.

  • Hyatt Kā’anapali Beach – Lahaina, Hawaii
  • Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch – San Antonio, Texas

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least one year. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

Members are automatically entitled to all the privileges of the Hyatt Gold Passport® program, as well as access to the Interval International resort network.
