Nathan Charlton President of Hospitality One Source
Hospitality One Source, a manufacturer and supplier of products to the hospitality industry, announced the promotion of Nathan Charlton to President. Charlton previously served as Executive Vice President of Sales.
As President, Charlton will oversee the company’s strategy, operations, and growth, with a continued focus on strengthening customer partnerships and expanding Hospitality One Source’s presence across the hospitality sector. He has also helped lead the company’s digital transformation, including new websites, digital assets, and enhanced digital imagery that make it easier for partners to find, evaluate, and order the products they need.
Having been integral to the organization’s day-to-day growth, Charlton brings both first-hand knowledge and a clear sense of where the business is headed. In his new role, he will report directly to the board of directors and guide the team as the company builds on that momentum and executes its long-term vision.
“Nathan understands our customers and their needs in a way few people do,” said Chris Martin, Founder and board member of Hospitality One Source. “He has built genuine relationships across the industry and knows how to turn strategy into direct value for the partners we serve. His talent for collaboration and his clear grasp of where the market is going gave the board every reason to trust him with this next chapter. We are proud to see him step into the role of President.”
Charlton joined Hospitality One Source in 2021. Since then, he has helped expand the company’s footprint, deepened relationships with major hotel brands and group purchasing organizations, and brought new product solutions to market in step with evolving guest and operator needs. Backed by more than 14 years of experience in hospitality sales and territory management, he has earned a reputation for understanding the market, listening closely to customers, and finding practical opportunities for growth.

My focus is on ensuring that Hospitality One Source and Pressto Valet continue to deliver reliable hospitality essentials that enhance presentation and elevate every guest interaction while protecting operational integrity. I’ve seen firsthand what this team can do, and I’m looking forward to building on that work alongside them.”
