Eight TPI-Managed Resorts Receive Tripadvisor Certificate Of Excellence Awards

Trading Places International (TPI), a provider of exchange and management services to vacation owners, announced that  TripAdvisor® has awarded its Certificate of Excellence  to the following managed properties:

  • Club Cascadas de Baja – Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
  • Desert Breezes – Palm Desert, California
  • Hawaiian Princess Makaha – Waianae, Hawaii
  • Lindo Mar Adventure Club – Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
  • Maui Schooner – Kihei, Hawaii
  • Ocho Cascadas – Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
  • SVC – Grand Crowne Resort – Branson, Missouri
  • Villas of Cave Creek – Cave Creek, Arizona

The prestigious award, which honors hospitality excellence, is given to the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews.

“Vacation owners place value and rely on recommendations and reviews to make informed lodging decisions. These awards acknowledge our company’s dedication and commitment to enhancing the vacation experience and increasing overall guest satisfaction at our managed resorts,” said Loren V. Gallagher, president and CEO of TPI. “On behalf of the homeowners’ boards at these resorts, we are delighted to be among the properties honored this year.”

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence Award, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
