Concord Servicing Signs Partnering Agreement with American Resort Collection

Concord will manage a comprehensive portfolio servicing solution for the Orlando-based resort company.

Concord Servicing Corporation, the Scottsdale, Arizona-based consumer obligation servicing company, is delighted to announce the recent signing of a partnering agreement with American Resort Collection (ARC), an Orlando, Florida-based developer of vacation ownership properties located in several Florida resort communities, including Palm Beach, Daytona Beach, Fort Walton Beach and Kissimmee.

Concord’s comprehensive servicing solution for ARC includes third-party loan servicing, customer service, delinquency collections and custodial service for electronic documents. In addition, Blackwell Recovery® – Concord’s third-party debt recovery brand – is under contract to resolve non-performing obligations.
