Capital Vacations announces the appointment of Travis Bary and Jerry Rexroad as Co-Presidents

Capital Vacations, LLC, along with its consolidated subsidiaries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Travis Bary and Jerry Rexroad as Co-Presidents.

Today’s announcement underscores our commitment to assembling the right team and structure to lead Capital Vacations through its next stage of growth and development.

Mr. Bary and Mr. Rexroad’s appointments to the newly established positions of Co-Presidents will take effect on November 1, 2023. Under the revised leadership framework, they will share responsibilities for executing and implementing Capital Vacations’ strategy. Mr. Bary and Mr. Rexroad will maintain their reporting relationship to Mr. Shroff, who will continue to oversee Capital Vacations’ strategic direction and leadership.
