Broek Appointed to Vice President of Nordis Direct
Bryan Ten Broek has been appointed vice president of business development for Nordis Direct, a communications and technology company based in Coral Springs, Florida. Ten Broek joins Nordis after more than 21 years with Interval International (Nasdaq: ILG), a leading global provider of vacation ownership services. Most recently, he served as Interval’s senior vice president of resort sales and marketing.
Ten Broek’s wealth of timeshare experience transfers seamlessly to Nordis, where he will be responsible for growing the client base and the scope of services within the company’s already-large vacation ownership footprint.
“This is a perfect fit,” said Ronnie Selinger, Nordis’ president, CEO and founder. “Not only does Bryan possess a keen understanding of timeshare and enjoy strong, longstanding relationships within the industry, but he is also a proven leader who is going to enhance our presence within this important industry vertical.”
Ten Broek is joining Nordis at a time of rapid growth for the company, as it continues to evolve from a traditional print-mail company into a cutting-edge provider of next-generation business communications technology. This progression has been fueled, in no small part, by Nordis’ patent-pending cloud-based platform, Expresso, which manages critical print and digital business communications and payments for health care, financial services and vacation ownership.
In the timeshare space, Expresso enables users to create and execute welcome letters, vacation confirmations, loan and maintenance-fee statements, and pre-arrival communications. For homeowners’ associations, it supports online proxy-notice distribution, voting tabulation and certification, and meeting notifications — all through one interface.
The advantage of single-platform customer-communications management and production are clear to Ten Broek, who, in his most recent role at Interval, directed the sales and service teams, and oversaw the corporate marketing, business development and creative services departments.
“As messaging to the consumer becomes more personalized,” Ten Broek said, “there is no doubt that all of the parties involved — developers, HOAs, management and exchange companies — may benefit by using Expresso. And not just because it simplifies the task of generating owner communications for print, mail and digital channels. Expresso also saves our clients money through automation, improved process efficiency and online adoption. Additionally, the recent launch of ExpressoPay, an integrated electronic bill presentment and white-label payment portal, creates an entire new opportunity set within the industry.”
At Nordis, Ten Broek’s focus will extend beyond timeshare, Selinger said. “Bryan is going to be working on market expansion in health care and financial services — two verticals that have a lot of potential for us.”
“I’m excited to join an innovator like Nordis that is poised for significant growth,” Ten Broek said. “I can’t wait to contribute to their continued success.”
