Your Invited to Camp Grom Preview and JT Walk Kickoff

This year’s 10th Anniversary will be the Biggest Ever in the History of the J.T. Walk. Not only will we complete our 15 million dollar 70 acre Camp Grom Adventure Park for Wounded Warriors, Gold Star Families and our physically and emotionally disabled children but we intend to make our biggest gift ever to further Stem Cell Research to Find a Cure for ALS and all other devasting neurological diseases.

We are pleased to announce that to assist in achieving this year’s goal, our 10th-year celebration “Country Music” Beach Party will feature Country Music Superstars Cole Swindell and Jana Kramer at the J.T. Walk Country Music Beach Festival after the walk of the BEach at 31st Street.

In order to insure our success, and to make this truly the largest charitable fund raiser EVER in Hampton Roads we need to recruit not only new sponsors but also 100 NEW WALK CAPTAINS.

With your support we are able to give over $3 million for stem cell research, build Grommet Island, the first ever fully accessible Beach Park and PLay ground in the U.S. and design and build the neonatal ambulance, the Grombulance, for Kings Daughters Children’s Hospital. And in 2017, we will complete and dedicate CAMP GROM and turn over the keys to the facility to the YMCA of South Hampton Roads.
