Wyndham Rio Mar Recognized by The Builders’ Association of Puerto Rico For “Project of The Year”

Wyndham Rio Mar, the newest resort within the Margaritaville Vacation Club® by Wyndham portfolio located in Rio Mar, Puerto Rico, was recently recognized by the Builders’ Association of Puerto Rico for “Project of the Year” in the tourism category. The Builders’ Association of Puerto Rico is a non-profit organization that represents leaders in housing, commercial, industrial and tourism project development.

Criteria for this award include architecture, engineering and the significance of the project for the tourism industry in Puerto Rico. Wyndham has created a completely unique, Margaritaville-themed experience for owners and guests, since opening Margaritaville Vacation Club resort in Puerto Rico last year. Wyndham Rio Mar is the second Margaritaville Vacation Club resort, in addition to the flagship property in St. Thomas, USVI.
