Wyndham Destinations Appointments New Resort General Manager

Wyndham Destinations, the world’s largest vacation ownership company, has announced two new promotions for Edwin Pierre-Louis and Francisco “Mike” Duran from within the company’s resort operations leadership team for the Club Wyndham and WorldMark by Wyndham brands.

“General Managers are a vital part of our business, and Edwin and Francisco are shining examples of leaders who inspire our owners and guests to Own the Moment and make the most of their vacations,” says Kevin Maciulewicz, senior vice president of resort operations for Wyndham Destinations. “It’s an honor to watch our team members grow and excel as we continue to innovate within the hospitality and tourism industry.”

Edwin Pierre-Louis General Manager for Club Wyndham National Harbor

Edwin Pierre-Louis has been promoted to Multi-Site General Manager for Club Wyndham National Harbor in Maryland, U.S., and Club Wyndham Old Town Alexandria in Virginia, U.S., after holding the Assistant General Manager position at both properties. Previously, he served as the Assistant General Manager at Club Wyndham La Belle Maison in New Orleans, Louisiana. Louis serves as a member of the Club Wyndham Kingsgate board and is proud to support after-school programs at The Fishing School, nonprofit serving students and schools most in need across Washington, DC, and the surrounding communities.

Francisco “Mike” Duran General Manager at WorldMark Big Bear

Francisco “Mike” Duran has been named the General Manager at WorldMark Big Bear in Big Bear Lake, California, the U.S. Previously a Maintenance Manager at WorldMark Big Bear and Project Manager at Electrical Contractors Hawaii in Kapolei, Hawaii, U.S., Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Argosy University in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is a certified journeyman electrician and a board member for the Rotary Club of Big Bear Lake Vocational Services.
