The 85th Wyndham Championship was a spectacular celebration of golf, community, and the spirit of vacation living. This year’s event, hosted at the picturesque Sedgefield Country Club, brought together top talent from the PGA TOUR and offered a unique experience for spectators, with the introduction of the Club Wyndham Beach.
Situated across from hole No. 15, the Club Wyndham Beach provided the perfect spot for spectators to unwind and enjoy the tournament with a vacation-inspired atmosphere. Modeled after the beautiful Club Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort, this beachside venue allowed fans to soak in the tournament action while basking in a relaxed, tropical setting.
Adding to the excitement, Sports Illustrated Resorts engaged fans with a thrilling hole-in-one contest, while the Armed Forces Vacation Club proudly co-sponsored the Patriot’s Outpost, offering a dedicated space for military members to enjoy the event.
The Wyndham Championship also served as a platform to recognize the hard work and achievements of Travel + Leisure Co. associates. Top performers from Sales, Marketing, and Resort Operations were invited to attend the event, where they enjoyed exclusive access to the course, luxury accommodations, and invaluable networking opportunities.
The week culminated in a thrilling victory for Aaron Rai, who claimed his first PGA TOUR win.
