Welcoming Circle J Club to the Growing Family

Grand Pacific Resorts is bringing its 30-plus year timeshare management expertise to a new state, with over three-plus decades of timeshare management expertise to Circle J Club in Park City, Utah. Owners at Circle J Club will enjoy the unique Grand Pacific Resorts management experience beginning on June 1, 2021.

Nestled in a residential area of Jeremy Ranch, the Circle J Club is a casual, family-friend resort located 10 miles from downtown Park City and 30 minutes from Salt Lake City. All units are upgraded townhouses available in three different floor plans. A clubhouse features a year-round heated pool and hot tub, dry sauna, workout room, and a large deck with a picnic area and two grills.

“The HOA Board of Circle J Club is pleased to announce that Grand Pacific Resorts will provide all vacation ownership and resort operation management services for Circle J Club beginning on June 1, 2021,” said Kristine Bone, Board of Directors President. “We look forward to working together to provide the best experiences, services, and enhanced benefits for Owners while also providing even more value to our Guests and Associates.”

The full-service management agreement with Circle J Club includes all resort operations, Owner services, exchange, and rental services. Grand Pacific Resorts will also service maintenance fee billing and collections through its affiliate Advanced Financial Company (AFC). In addition to their existing benefits, Owners will also gain access to weekly and nightly rentals as well as extended vacation opportunities through Grand Pacific Exchange (GPX), an exclusive Owners-only exchange network. Owners will also enjoy GPX’s newest benefit, GPX Perks, a credit savings program that can be applied towards rental cars, tour packages, cruises, and much more.
