SS&C TimeShareWare (TSW), a division of SS&C Technologies (Nasdaq: SSNC), held its Client Conference 2024 on October 1 and 2 in Salt Lake City with resounding success. After Covid halted opportunities for conferences in 2020 and 2022, this year was the perfect time for TSW to reignite the event, which offers clients and prospects the opportunity to learn more about TSW, develop relationships and network with each other. Here are a few of the highlights.
TSW clients participated in engaging sessions covering the developments and improvements made to TSW products since the last conference held in 2018. Attendees learned about the latest features and functionality of TSW products, future enhancement plans, and operation-critical integrations and services offered by TSW partners. In addition to general and keynote sessions, breakout sessions provided attendees further in-depth insights regarding the TSW Professional and Enterprise solutions. Focus was given to major enhancements in our latest Enterprise release: Enterprise 22. As the industry-leading provider of software for the shared-ownership industry, Enterprise 22 represents the pinnacle of years of work and development for TSW. Leveraging a new Javascript/React user interface (UI), Enterprise 22 simplifies complex handling of rules and tasks, and provides a fully web-based experience for users and a robust complement of APIs for client-development projects as an extension of the TSW engine.
The conference offered Professional users one-on-one time with the TSW team to explore functionality that they may not be aware of or have forgotten about. This critical situation tends to happen when experienced staff leave, taking valuable knowledge with them, or when processes become too engrained. TSW also introduced Professional users to the next iteration of the product line: Professional 20. The exciting product release is planned near the end of 2024 and provides an entirely new UI with improvements for the user experience while expanding the possibilities for future feature development. All this while keeping the database as consistent with past versions as possible to minimize the impact to reports and custom processes that may exist.
Sharing insights around TSW products and solutions was just one part of the success equation for the Client Conference 2024. Dedicated time and planned activities allowed valuable interaction between TSW employees and attendees, helping staff to get a better understanding of clients’ business challenges, and developing those all-important human relationships. Attendees also enjoyed the interaction with one another, sharing experiences, tips and insights around deployments and testing, key ingredients for successful implementations, and exploring how others are using TSW products to drive business success.
James Saunders, Director of Product Management remarked, “Client Conference gives us a great opportunity to connect with our clients and, maybe more importantly, it gives them a chance to connect with each other. No one understands the challenges of growing a business or managing a resort in the timeshare industry better than those who are doing it every day. As a technology partner, it’s rewarding to see our clients share their insights and ideas to leverage TimeShareWare, the industry’s leading technology platform, to solve the problems they commonly face.” Mat Burnside, Director of Business Analysis added, “The power of our TSW Community is what really sets us apart. Building the relationships that help us help our clients is incredibly important to us, and everyone benefits from the time invested.”
As TSW closes the curtain on a tremendously successful conference, the hosts thank all their clients that made this event possible, and they continue to look for ways to spread the message to those who could not attend.
