VRI Americas Signs Management Contract With Boutique Resort On Cape Cod

VRI Americas (VRI), a provider of management and leisure services to homeowners’ associations, announced that it has entered into a property management agreement for the Beachside Village Resort located on Cape Cod in Falmouth, Massachusettes.

VRI is known for its cost-effective management, broad-industry expertise, and service-oriented culture. Among the services it provides are budget and reserve planning, maintenance fee billing, reservations, supervision of on-site operations, rental programs, and owner communications.

“This unique and charming beach resort in the heart of the Cape is a great addition to our management portfolio,” said Scott Dravis, VRI’s senior vice president of resort operations. “Beachside Village will be the sixteenth property that we are providing services to on Cape Cod and the Islands, and we are excited to assist the homeowners’ association in reaching its goals.”

Beachside Village is a pristine timeshare resort facing a beautiful Falmouth Beach. The studio, one- and two-bedroom condo units offer spacious accommodations featuring Cape Cod-inspired décor. The resort has an array of onsite amenities, including a pool,  barbecue grills, children’s playground, and picnic area.

Once a cozy seaside mansion, the resort was converted into the retreat it is today with extraordinary views of Martha’s Vineyard across Vineyard Sound. Guests can spend their days on the soft-sand beach, shopping in the surrounding seaside village, or enjoying fresh seafood and other New England culinary favorites.
