Voluntary Evacuation at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Breckenridge, Colorado

Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is currently under a voluntary evacuation. There is some confusion as the Red, White, and Blue fire protection district site says all Peak 7 is under full evacuation. There have also been some comments on their Facebook page that are incorrect. The General Manager of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 just got off the phone with Chief Jay Nelson who confirmed that the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is still under voluntary evacuation, not mandatory. For up-to-date information on this fire please click here or follow #peak2fire on Twitter. No other BGV resorts are under any type of evacuation at this time.
