The module offers a comprehensive set of features to streamline the maintenance operations of timeshare resorts, creating and tracking work orders and billing work orders to owners, guests, or your HOA.
With Viewpoint’s Mobile Maintenance Module, timeshare resorts can efficiently manage both maintenance requests and scheduled job, assign tasks to staff, schedule maintenance activities, and track the status of tasks.
The Mobile Maintenance Module is available on any smartphone, giving timeshare resort staff and contractors the ability to manage maintenance operations from anywhere, at any time. This feature allows staff to respond to maintenance requests quickly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Photos and/or documents such as instructions can be added to work orders as needed.
When completing a work order, the Mobile Maintenance Module provides the ability to bill work orders to owners, guests, or HOAs. This eliminates the need for manual billing processes and reduces the administrative burden on the resort staff.
In addition, the Mobile Maintenance Module offers detailed reporting capabilities, providing timeshare resorts with valuable insights into maintenance operations. The module is integrated with Viewpoint’s PMS to ensure seamless and efficient maintenance operations.
