Vacatia’s Head of Sales Lee Johnson and Head of Partner Services Michelle DuChamp at the 2025 ARDA-Hawaii Scholarship Golf Tournament
Vacatia Inc., a leading provider of innovative, customer-centric solutions for timeshare resorts, will serve as a Platinum Sponsor of the 22nd annual ARDA-Hawaii Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament on Sept. 11 at Hoakalei Country Club in Ewa Beach, Hawaii.
The annual tournament brings together members of Hawaii’s vacation ownership industry to support the Steve Hirano Memorial Scholarship Fund at Hawaii Pacific University. The scholarship honors the legacy of longtime vacation ownership industry advocate Steve Hirano and provides educational opportunities for students pursuing careers in hospitality through the university’s Travel Industry Management program.
“ARDA-Hawaii plays an important role in bringing our industry together, advocating for vacation ownership in the state and helping develop the next generation of hospitality professionals,” said Michelle DuChamp, head of Vacatia Partner Services. “Vacatia is pleased to continue our support as a Platinum Sponsor of this year’s tournament. Investing in education and in the future leaders of our industry benefits all of us who are committed to the long-term success of vacation ownership in Hawaii and throughout the United States.”
Vacatia has been a longtime participant in and supporter of the annual ARDA-Hawaii tournament, which combines industry networking with fundraising for hospitality education. Industry professionals from both Hawaii and the mainland are expected to participate.
ARDA-Hawaii is the Hawaii chapter of the American Resort Development Association, the trade association representing the vacation ownership and resort development industries. The organization works on behalf of the industry in areas including legislative advocacy, education and professional development.
Vacatia manages 60 resorts with more than 12,000 units in 13 U.S. states and the Caribbean and provides its standalone rental monetization services and fully integrated Vacatia Technology Platform to additional resorts. Nearly 500,000 owners rely on Vacatia for their vacation needs.
