Vacatia Selects Nordis Technologies to Streamline Homeowner Association Communications and Elections

Vacatia Inc., a leader in timeshare property management, rental, and revenue-generating solutions, is moving to Nordis Technologies’ cloud-based customer communications management platform, Expresso®, to produce and deliver print and digital homeowner association (HOA) communications. Vacatia will also use ExpressoVote® to manage online and in-person voting and mailed ballots.

Vacatia chose Nordis Technologies because it wanted to consolidate communications across its broad portfolio of properties and services while establishing a powerful platform for omnichannel outreach, including print/mail, email and SMS/text options.

“We’ve enjoyed tremendous growth since 2019, both organically and through acquisition,” said Michelle DuChamp, head of Vacatia Partner Services. “With that comes different platforms, software, file formats, and even manual processes in handling communications and elections. Nordis Technologies will help enable our next growth phase and our goal of continuously bringing innovation and efficiency to independent timeshare resorts and their owner associations.”

Vacatia manages timeshare and whole-ownership homeowners associations, totaling 4,750 units and 50,000 owners. It also has over 750 partners utilizing its rental platform and hosts an owner-friendly resale platform used by several industry brands.

“Expresso gives us a centralized place to manage different HOA communications, including annual meeting notices, and the associated elections, on one integrated platform,” DuChamp said. “We can quickly onboard resorts with Expresso and deliver communications digitally and offer an online voting option if that’s what an owner prefers. Its flexibility and scalability are critical, along with the reporting capabilities to properly capture owner votes. The speed and efficiencies gained will immediately impact operations.”

“Vacatia is remarkable in enhancing the value of vacation ownership and reinventing the timeshare experience across marketing, sales, booking, and stays,” said Ronnie Selinger, founder, CEO, and president of Nordis Technologies. “They are focused on enhancing customer experience at every touchpoint, largely through the strategic use of technology, either their own or outsourced solutions such as Expresso and ExpressoVote.”
