Vacatia Announces Winners of TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards

Vacatia Inc., a leading provider of innovative, customer-centric solutions for timeshare resorts, has announced that five of its managed resorts have been awarded the prestigious TripAdvisor® Travelers’ Choice Award, putting them in the top 10% of resorts listed on TripAdvisor.com. The TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice designation (formerly Certificate of Excellence) recognizes hospitality providers that consistently earn great reviews on the site and is intended to help travelers identify and book properties that regularly deliver great service.

The Vacatia-managed resorts that earned the designation in 2024 are:

  • All Seasons Vacation Resort in Madeira Beach, Florida
  • Hotel de la Monnaie in New Orleans, Louisiana
  • Scottsdale Camelback Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona
  • Gold Point Resort in Breckenridge, Colorado
  • Meadow Lake Resort in Columbia Falls, Montana

“We are thrilled to recognize these high-achieving resorts for their achievements,” said Caroline Shin, Vacatia’s CEO. “We believe strongly in the vibrancy of independent resorts, and these accolades demonstrate that their management teams, staff, and HOAs are delivering consistently exceptional hospitality to owners and guests.”

Travelers’ Choice winners are determined based on the quality and quantity of traveler reviews and ratings posted on Tripadvisor over a 12-month period. To be eligible for an award, a property, business, destination or point of interest must have been listed on Tripadvisor for at least 12 months, must receive a threshold number of reviews within the evaluation period of that award, and must maintain or exceed a minimum bubble rating on Tripadvisor.

Vacatia provides hospitality-first management services to 80,000 timeshare owners nationwide. Its products drive owner engagement, improve cash flow, attract new members, and finance needed property renovations. The company also has more than 750 industry partners, including some of the largest timeshare associations, which rely on it for rental and resale services.
