Customer Service Network Group, Fulfillment Provider for True Incentive has named Jeff Kenner to the newly created position of Manager of Training Services.

Jeff Kenner will guide the training operations of CSNG, particularly with new hire training, new SOPs for call center operations, coaching, and re-coaching.

Jeff S. Kenner brings 30 years of call center training and development experience to CSNG. His natural affinity for developing highly successful sales teams has guided him throughout his career.

As a Navy Veteran, he implements a disciplined approach to his training and development style that has maximized agent efficiencies, which in turn has maximized revenues for the companies he has owned and worked for. His early career was “old school.”  He trained staff on the use of Yellow Pages for lead generation and sales revenue. The technology changed but not the basics of educating and motivating a sales team.  That’s his role at True Incentive/CSNG.
