Southern Pines, North Carolina-based Trident Marketing has named Tiffany Kimball as Chief Legal Officer. In her new role, Kimball will also represent key subsidiary Travel Resorts of America.
Based in Southern Pines, North Carolina, Trident Marketing is a sales, marketing, and technology company that provides services to the membership-based campground industry. Its TRA subsidiary is a fast-growing membership-based campground operator with nine East Coast resorts.

Kimball is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Most recently, she led the legal and underwriting departments for the vacation ownership division of First American Title Insurance Co. In that role, Kimball successfully secured, negotiated, and drafted multi-million-dollar contracts, assisted with drafting legislation that impacted the vacation real estate industry on a national level, and expanded the division’s nationwide presence. She also led the company’s transition to a fully electronic closing process and created new technology offerings tailored to the needs of shared-ownership real estate developers.
