The project included integration with Merlin and a rollout of TrackResults to sales centers in Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Saint Lucia, and Negril. TrackResults is used to standardize reporting across the entire enterprise allowing a single source of truth and consistent measurement of performance for all sales locations companywide. With this baseline in place, they now have the consistency to needed collect the right data and run comparative analytics of marketing and sales performance.
