Timeshare Pioneers Recognized by Florida Trend Magazine

Resort Trades recently came across an interesting article in the February 2017 issue of Florida Trends magazine documenting the formation of the timeshare industry in the mid-70s by noting how Ed McMullen Sr. and Bob Miller as they founded American Resorts, which was acquired by Marriott, and the growth of Interval Leisure Group (ILG).

Other industry moguls mentioned in the article, “Timeshare Giants,” pages 60-65, include Steve Weisz, president of Marriott Vacations Worldwide, and Craig Nash, of ILG. Click here to read the article in full.
