SS&C TimeShareWare Releases New Portal for Timeshare Owners

SS&C TimeShareWare, the software leader in the shared-ownership industry announced the release of TimeShareWare OwnerHub, a web-based owner portal for owner and members of timeshare properties and management companies. OwnerHub enables shared-ownership properties to provide access to information stored in the TimeShareWare system to their owner community, enhancing the owner’s experience through self-service tools and creating efficiencies for resort administration.

OwnerHub allows guests to securely login to their account to review contract details, current balances of accounts, usage details, owner reservation booking, and reservation details.  The enhanced user interface provides owners transaction history and secure payment processing that immediately posts to TimeShareWare, saving time in the resort’s call center.

Additional features include owner profile updates, site level “pop-up” notifications, rules that provide access control at login if accounts are delinquent, and customizable links to important news or activities. OwnerHub is integrated with TimeShareWare Professional products.

“We see our responsibility as the industry leader to create out-of-the-box products that improve efficiency for our clients and provide easy-to-use tools for their owners without the expensive investment of building an entire site. TimeShareWare OwnerHub showcases our leading software development and talent, our adaptability to meet our customer’s most urgent needs, and SS&C’s innovation,” said Timo Jones, Senior V.P. and General Manager of SS&C TimeShareWare.
