RTX Strengthens Partnership with NTOA to Offer Members New Benefits

Resort Travel & Xchange (RTX) announced that its continued partnership with the National Timeshare Owners Association (NTOA) would offer members of both parties new benefits while opening the door for future special offers.

RTX has strengthened its existing partnership with NTOA to not only provide its own members with all the educational resources the association offers timeshare owners, but also to provide NTOA members with special discounts on the different levels of membership RTX has to offer. RTX offered NTOA members a special discount on its Premium Plus membership throughout July, and has plans for future specials and deals that will benefit NTOA members as well as RTX.

Offering its members three levels of membership to choose from, RTX’s popular vacation exchange platform includes low exchange fees, a four-year deposit window, and a world of perks that includes numerous destinations and offers on hotel, airfare, car rentals, special getaways, airport lounge membership, an exclusive club publication and more.

As the premier timeshare owners’ association, NTOA gives a voice to nearly 8 million members across the United States and Canada. With numerous education programs, the organization encourages owners to explore all of the uses and benefits that owning a timeshare offers. The association is highly recognized for providing educational resources to its members and has been the recipient of the esteemed “Ambassador” award, presented by Perspective Magazine, and the highly coveted “Cornerstone Award” presented to them for their innovative contributions to the timeshare industry by the Canadian Resort Development Association.

“We are excited for the continued growth of our partnership with NTOA, and we are looking forward to fulfilling the potential that we have to educate our current members through this affiliation, while also offering our services to other NTOA members. The end goal of better informed and happier timeshare owners will benefit everyone,” said Corina Violette, director of resort partnerships for RTX.

This partnership has been actively showcased at key industry meetings and events where timeshare owners could educate themselves and explore the exchange options and benefits RTX provides members. Through its NTOA affiliation, RTX can ensure its members that the company is constantly taking steps to address common questions and issues timeshare owners face and adapt its products and services to meet the needs of members as their vacation preferences evolve over time.

Additionally, Violette was asked to sit on the Advisory Board with NTOA in April 2016 and currently serves on the Member Services & Owner Education Committee. This committee educates members on the benefits of owning a timeshare, encourages them to utilize their ownership benefits and works to ensure a better experience for not only owners but the public as well. Corina, a Richard Gallardo award recipient, added her industry knowledge and experience to the committee’s efforts and will be a great asset to both organizations.
