RTX Expands Partnership With Timeshare Owners Association, NTOA

Resort Travel & Xchange, (RTX), one of the premier exchange companies in the vacation ownership industry, announced that they will be renewing their partnership with the National Timeshare Owners Association (NTOA) to continue offering members of both organizations superior benefits.

NTOA, which marked its 20th anniversary this year, was formed to help educate owners and prospective buyers about responsible timeshare usage. The partnership between RTX and NTOA comes with an array of business and marketing benefits, including additional channels of reach, assisting each other to break into new markets, maintaining a promotional partnership, and having an alliance built upon trust and quality.

As the largest association for timeshare owners, NTOA is available to assist the more than 8 million timeshare owners across the United States and Canada and seeks to expand into Mexico later this year.

“We are very excited about expanding our formal relationship with RTX to include joint programming and promotional support for our members in the U.S. and Canada,” said Gregory Crist, CEO of the National Timeshare Owners Association. “While we have done a lot of things together over the last few years, the new RTX exchange and rental platform along with their award-winning service is a true win-win for timeshare and vacation owners who enjoy traveling more frequently and like saving money.”

RTX has strengthened its existing partnership with NTOA to not only provide its own members with all the educational resources the association offers timeshare owners, but also to provide NTOA members with special discounts on the different levels of membership RTX has to offer. RTX offered NTOA members a special discount on its Premium Plus membership throughout July, and has plans for future specials and deals that will benefit NTOA members as well as RTX.

The two companies also plan to create an outreach program and produce a series of educational roadshows that timeshare owners can attend at various locations across the United States.

“We are excited for the continued growth of our partnership with NTOA, and we are looking forward to fulfilling the potential that we have to educate our current members through this affiliation, while also offering our services to other NTOA members. The end goal of better informed and happier timeshare owners will benefit everyone,” said Corina Violette, director of resort partnerships for RTX.

Since 2012, RTX has made a solid name for itself by offering its 80,000 members access to superb service, low exchange fees, a four-year deposit window, reservation protection, and discounts on different travel options such as hotels, car rentals, air travel, and restaurants by maintaining a plethora of partnerships with the leading resorts and developers in the world.
