RTX Celebrates Customer Service Recognition Week

Resort Travel & Xchange, the premier timeshare and vacation ownership exchange company has continued its yearly tradition of celebrating its employees who work directly with RTX members by holding Customer Service Recognition Week.

Since RTX opened its doors in Asheville, N.C., the company has praised those who work in Customer Service during the first week of October. This year, RTX’s theme for the special festivities was “Building Trust.” The team at RTX focused on the five elements of Organizational Trust: credibility, respect, fairness, camaraderie, and pride. During the week-long celebration, RTX employees were treated every day to special group lunches, and participated in team building exercises like a scavenger hunt, brainstorming sessions, and other group games which will allow employees to gather feedback to help shape the company for a successful future. RTX wrapped up the week by providing every employee with a certificate that will allow them to take a week’s vacation at a resort in RTX’s extensive network.

RTX is no stranger when it comes to building a better exchange business by strengthening the company’s employee morale, but Customer Service Recognition Week holds a special place in the hearts of those who belong to the RTX family.

“We recognize our outstanding employees in various ways throughout the year, but this dedicated week gives us a chance to really shine the spotlight on our customer service team and show our appreciation for all that they do,” said Justin Hunter, vice president of operations for RTX.

Established in 2012, RTX is a powerful force in the world of timeshare exchange. With 80,000 members and counting, RTX is able to provide its customers with service that goes beyond the competition. Although RTX is known in the industry for low exchange fees, up to a four-year deposit window, reservation protection, and discounts on different travel options such as hotels, car rentals, air travel, and restaurants, the company works hard in providing a pro-active corporate culture that regularly uses employee challenges to motivate confidence while giving back to the community and supporting local charities.
