ResortCom Rebranding Begins Web Site Launched with Exceptional Ranking Results

ResortCom, the pioneer in providing servicing solutions for the Vacation Ownership Industry, has updated its branding imagery. The changes are evident in its new logo and revamped web site, which Google already ranks #1 in three coveted search terms. With ten relevant search terms ranking in Google’s Top 10, the site tells the ResortCom story of its unique culture, the breadth and depth of its capabilities, and its high-powered technology and tools.

ResortCom provides timeshare management software, financial services, and contact center solutions to the hospitality industry. Its full suite of client services includes innovative contact center solutions, reservations, member services, and financial services, enabling clients to grow at a quicker pace.

According to ResortCom’s CEO Scott Bahr, “A quality website that ranks well in search engine results is a business development asset, but our site goes beyond that to showcase the amazing company we are to prospective clients and employees. During our company rebranding in 2017, our website became the most visible element of an extended branding effort.”

Built in-house with original photography of employees and introducing new colors and fonts, ResortCom created the website to engage potential clients and potential employees, as well as reinforce existing client relationships. The web site also is available in Spanish, for the company’s many Spanish speaking clients in the United States and Latin America.

ResortCom Brand Manager Todd Whitaker says, “A web site is often a visitor’s first contact with a company. By populating the site with pictures of our diverse employee base, we present an authenticity often unachievable in stock photo-laden sites. We provide links to current job openings, and easy methods of contact for job candidates, clients’ members, and potential clients.”

ResortCom’s logo has retained its familiar shape and design while reflecting more contemporary tastes and energy with new colors.  Similar thinking went into modernizing the font and dropping the word “international” from day to day usage (though it remains intact for legal documents).
