ResortCom International Announces New Leadership Team Additions

ResortCom, the pioneer in providing servicing solutions for the Vacation Ownership Industry, has made changes in its executive team to better serve its clients and their members.

ResortCom provides timeshare management software, financial services, and call center solutions to the hospitality industry. Its full suite of client services includes innovative contact center solutions, reservations, member services, and financial services, enabling clients to grow at a quicker pace.

According to Scott Bahr, who was named ResortCom’s CEO last spring, “We are proud to promote our top team members and add some key players to new and re-envisioned positions. These dynamic professionals are already bringing refreshed energy and innovative thinking to our company.”

Odilia Guiant, Senior Vice President/Client Management has been with ResortCom for nearly 15 years. Not only does she bring a wealth of experience in collections, merchant services, process review and implementation, her goals and responsibilities are focused on delivering WOW services to clients and their members.

Courtney Franklin has been promoted to the new position of Assistant Vice President of Call Center Operations. As her new title suggests, her primary responsibilities are focused on the Call Center and its team of 150 customer engagement professionals. Previously she held the title of Call Center Director and has been with ResortCom for over two years.

Curtis A. Parker, Jr., who has been with the company one year as Director of Human Resources, is now Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities. As the company expands it physical offices and hires new employees to better serve the international timeshare and hospitality industry, Curtis has been and will continue to be a key player in managing this expansion.

Jeffrey Futterman, the newly named Chief Information Officer, comes to ResortCom from IntegraMed Fertility, a healthcare company based in Purchase, NY, where he was Chief Information Officer. He has relocated to Las Vegas to join the team and direct the continued development of the company’s proprietary software, ResortConnect™, known for its flexibility and security.

“ResortCom has an impressive portfolio of technologies and services,” Scott Bahr said. “This new leadership approach is designed to enhance and expand upon those existing assets and continue to consistently deliver world-class service to our rapidly growing global portfolio of clients and customers.”
