ResortCom Announces Release of ResortConnect 1.4

ResortCom, the pioneer in providing servicing solutions for the timeshare and vacation ownership industry, has announced the release of ResortConnect 1.4, a proprietary software package product focused primarily on the management of hospitality and financial services for the travel industry.

ResortConnect is part of the ResortCom family of business applications.  ResortCom provides an intelligent suite of client services which includes an innovative contact center, reservations, virtual concierge and an extensive array of financial services for the management of contracts, loans, maintenance fees as well as an e-commerce payment platform.

According to Eric Saint-Marc, ResortCom Chief Technology Officer, “2019 saw ResortCom reinvent ResortConnect as a FinTech platform and has since been encouraging clients and partners to migrate to its proprietary (.NET based) framework to enhance business outcome.”

To this day, the travel industry is still impacted by multiple and large unconnected sets of data. Such data mostly resides in silos, which rarely provide a unified view of customer interaction with the business. Furthermore, the business often fails to capture the fundamental understanding of the customer sentiment towards the business.

The core mission of ResortConnect revolves around the capture, correlation, and aggregation of such data silos into one unified system.

At this time, ResortConnect primarily serves the timeshare industry with its sights on expanding to the travel industry as a whole. ResortConnect clients are based in North and South America, the Caribbean and Europe.

Dennis Hershey, ResortCom Chief Financial Officer hails the new platform as the most robust and scalable tool he has ever had at his disposal. With over 30 years of experience as a financial executive in the hospitality industry,  Dennis understands first-hand the extended value proposition behind ResortConnect’s unparalleled financial services capabilities.

ResortCom’s Chief Operating Officer, Dennis Morrissey, views ResortConnect as the “One System” for any and all hospitality services especially related to the customer itinerary. Dennis says he “enjoys the limitless opportunities that ResortConnect offers to ResortCom clients.”

ResortConnect is a prime example of ResortCom’s renewed commitment to its clients, partners, and employees.
