Every quarter, ResortCom employees have the opportunity to nominate local nonprofits and vote on the beneficiaries, guaranteeing that the funds are directed towards causes that resonate on a personal and community level. ResortCom matches 50% of the funds raised through the market each quarter. The in-house market allocates 10% of its profits back to ResortCom to contribute to the program. This commitment to doubling down on what matters most has resulted in substantial support for a variety of causes.
Since the inception of the Charity Giveback Program in 2019, ResortCom has raised an outstanding $42,060 by Q3 2024. This significant sum has been distributed across 24 non-profits, including homeless shelters, animal rescues, and other vital community services, ensuring that help reaches those who need it the most. The tangible impact of these donations is felt community-wide; they have enabled the provision of Christmas gifts for underserved families, meals for the hungry, disaster relief, youth support, and homes for pets.
