San Juan Capistrano, CA—(February 5, 2019)—Resort Vacations, Inc. (RVI), a California Real Estate Brokerage company which markets and sells memberships in Global Exchange Vacation Club (GEVC), has named Bj (Bettejean) Kelly to the position of Senior Vice President/ Operations. Bj has been a member of RVI’s executive team for ten years.
As Senior VP / Operations, Bj’s responsibilities encompass human resources, accounting, loan portfolio management, loan and maintenance fee collections and servicing as well as, member services and escrow closing of sales contracts.
According to Rick Sargent, President and CEO of RVI, “Bj and I became acquainted when she was Vice President of Winners Circle Resorts International, Inc. many years ago. Her knowledge of the timeshare industry and ability to tackle complex components of the business and make them run smoothly is hard to top. With our recent expansion to other market areas and with our plans for product growth within the Club, Bj’s role has become increasingly important over the years.”
GEVC sales offices have expanded from locations in Southern California to Texas. Additionally, the company has two contact centers, one in Santa Ana, CA and the other in Bedford, TX. In the past five years the company has grown from 150 employees to over 500. Last year sales figures broke all company projections with over $33 million in sales. This year they are targeting over $45 million.
