Resort Trades Call for Content

Resort Trades needs your support to continue supplying free, educational, and informative media. If you wish to stay connected with the timeshare resort professional community, make sure you’re subscribed to our eMagazine, https://resorttrades.com/emagazine.

That’s your first step; next, let us hear your ideas for topics and people you’d like to learn about.

Renewing our Series of Live Events

In May of 2020, at the beginning of the COVID lock-down, Resort Trades launched the Resort Trades Learning Center to present live, interactive, webinars and interviews focused specifically on the timeshare industry. Beginning in May of 2024, Resort Trades resolved to renew our live event series of Showcases, Interviews, and Educational Sessions.

In the first of these, Resort Trades Publisher Sharon Scott Wilson, RRP, interviewed Jon Arnett and Chris Dickhans from the speech analytics firm, Yactraq. The two shared tips for utilizing AI to increase revenue and deliver excellent customer service. A recording should be available on YouTube/ResortTrades, shortly.

It’s All About You, the Professional

Despite constant challenges to the timeshare (or, vacation ownership) industry and to the professionals who make their living bringing their customers excellent vacations, timeshare remains a $10.5 Billion industry. Why is this?

Put simply, it’s because the nature of the business attracts innovative, energetic people with a focus on customer service. For more than 30 years, Resort Trades has published a monthly magazine and a plethora of digital media to assist this community. We couldn’t do it alone; we owe our success to the support of our advertisers, who are the BEST in the business!

So, please, stay connected! And we’d like to thank our many supporters who have stuck with us over the last three decades!

Conclusion

The bottom line is we’d like to hear from you! Content ideas? Connect with Sharon Scott Wilson, Publisher on LinkedIn.com/in/SharonScottWilson. For a Media Kit, contact Marla Carroll, 931-484-8819.
