RCI®, the world’s premier vacation exchange company, recently announced that Nathan Harmon has been promoted to Vice President, Sales Experience and Marketing for RCI North America.

A 22-year veteran of the company, Harmon’s expertise will help to align the sales and marketing channels to create a seamless end-to-end customer experience for RCI members and affiliates. “Identifying strong internal talent and watching them grow in their career is very rewarding,” said Richard Ruff, Managing Director, RCI North America. “Nathan’s expertise and longstanding history with RCI made him an excellent candidate for this expanded leadership position. His promotion highlights our continued efforts to broaden the capabilities of associates at all levels across the entire organization.”

Harmon began his RCI career as a travel agent in 2000 and quickly advanced to Resource Planning Management (RPM) in 2001, before later being promoted to RPM Director in 2009. He joined the sales centers as a director in 2012 and was promoted to his most recent position, Vice President, Sales Center, North America, in 2019.
