An accomplished IT consultant, former CTO for Nordis and renowned Vacation Ownership systems expert, Suzzi Morrison blends practical technology advice with visionary wisdom of how she sees companies evolving post-pandemic.
Morrison experienced early global success at Resort Computer Corporation (RCC), guiding timeshare reservations innovations, including property management, loan servicing and collections, throughout North America, Europe, Asia and South Africa. Hilton Grand Vacations gave Morrison the opportunity to expand into system design and development management along with SOC, Sarbanes Oxley and PCI compliance leadership.
In 1996, Morrison established her consulting firm and has spent several decades serving all the major industry players including: Marriott, Wyndham, Disney, Four Seasons, Hilton, Diamond, Orange Lake and more. With services ranging from system planning, selection, design and implementation to conversion management, software design and operational efficiency analysis, Morrison is a trusted resource for the industry’s most complex obstacles.
From 2015-2020, Morrison led Nordis Technologies’ IT department as Chief Technology Officer, integrating the company’s electronic billing and payment systems and creating omni-channel functionality via texting and mobile wallet solutions with critical emphasis on data security and privacy.
Morrison is honored to lead ARDA’s Technology Committee and recently re-established her consulting services. In 2019, Morrison was nominated as one of the top 50 Tech Leaders for 2019 by Intercon and the 2019 Edition of Who’s Who in America.
