Known as one of Central Florida’s biggest parties, Universal’s Mardi Gras celebration brings all of the excitement of New Orleans to the Sunshine State. Every year, Universal ups the ante to produce the largest, most flamboyant Mardi Gras party outside of Bourbon Street and this year is no different. Besides the nightly party procession with string bands, colorful dancers, gobs of confetti, and thousands of beads, every day starting at 4 p.m. the celebration includes a wide array of Cajun culinary delights like spicy jambalaya, shrimp gumbo, red beans and rice, sweet beignets, and specialty signature cocktails so guests can savor the authentic flavors of New Orleans.

Other artists and brands gracing the Mardi Gras stage will be classic rock icons, The Beach Boys (February 10), Macklemore (February 24), LA-based alternative band, Fitz and the Tantrums (March 11), arena rock stars, Foreigner (March 17), platinum-selling girl group, Fifth Harmony (March 18), and many more.
