Own Hotels Group Affiliates Fifth Branded Property In South America With Interval International’s Global Vacation Exchange Network

Interval International, a leading global provider of vacation services and an operating business of ILG (Nasdaq: ILG), announced the affiliation of OWN Nuevo Madero, a boutique condo-hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The property is part of the OWN Hotels Group, a company whose portfolio of resorts is characterized by personal service, upscale amenities, and cosmopolitan style.

The resort will have 36 spacious units with a fresh contemporary design and scenic views of Río de la Plata. Among the planned on-site amenities and services are a restaurant and bar, sky deck, full-service spa, health club, indoor swimming pool, outdoor terrace or balcony, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

OWN Nuevo Madero is located in the heart of Nuevo Madero, a very desirable neighborhood that has undergone a significant revitalization in the last decade, and is popular with locals and tourists due to its tree-lined open walkways, modern skyscrapers, and former industrial warehouses that have been converted into restaurants, bars, and clubs.

Other popular nearby attractions include Casa Rosada, the official residence of the president, and San Telmo, the bohemian district with its old-world architecture, antique stores, museums, and tango dancing.
