Orange Lake Resorts, home to the Holiday Inn Club Vacations® brand, announced the signing of an agreement with Tavistock Development Company to build a new corporate campus headquarters at Infinity Park in Orlando, Florida. The new three-story, 125,000 square foot office building sits next to the company’s two-story 115,000 square-foot contact center which opened in May 2017. The new campus unites all Orange Lake Resorts’ corporate employees and provides additional space for new team members as the company continues to grow its vacation ownership resort network nationwide.
“Our goal is to continually grow this company and provide our team members with the best possible work environment for them to succeed,” said Tom Nelson, President, and CEO of Orange Lake Resorts. “These modern facilities are purpose-built for them and set the tone for how we grow. As we continue to seek out new timeshare resorts and destinations for our club members and owners, our demand for new recruits is increasing rapidly. This corporate campus will accommodate our projected growth for the foreseeable future.”
The build-to-suit headquarters will house up to 2,100 employees within two buildings, totaling 240,000 SF. The transaction appears to be the largest office lease transaction in Orange County in 2017 to date.
“We are proud to be a Central Florida home-grown company with a 35-year history in the area,’’ continued Nelson. “We are excited to consolidate all of our corporate functions into one central location with great access to transit, the airport, and roads. Our team has worked hard to make us one of the fastest-growing private businesses in our industry and this new campus will enable us to continue our 10 years of record growth.”
“We are delighted for Orange Lake Resorts to expand their campus at Infinity Park,” said Skipper Peek, Senior Vice President of Tavistock Development Company. “The Orange Lake Resorts campus is a great validation of Infinity Park’s strategic location and another major corporate win for the region.”
Infinity Park is a 200-acre, mixed-use business park, offering a variety of built-to-suit commercial space opportunities. The corporate park is strategically located within Central Florida along John Young Parkway and less than 1/3 mile from SR 528, with direct access to major highways and Orlando International Airport.
