Oasis Hotels & Resorts’ Benazuza Restaurant Receives AAA Four Diamond Rating

Oasis Hotels & Resorts – the leading all-inclusive vacation resort brand in the Mexican Caribbean – is proud to announce Benazuza, the brand’s molecular fine dining restaurant at The Pyramid and Grand Oasis Sens, has received a AAA Four Diamond rating.

According to AAA, a minute 2.1 percent of the more than 31,000 restaurants reviewed and inspected receive the coveted rating, which considers a combination of the overall food, service, décor and ambiance offered by the establishment. Benazuza is the first Cancun restaurant recognized with a Four Diamond rating since 2014, and is one of only three restaurants in the destination that hold the distinction.

“At Oasis Hotels & Resorts, we consider the dining experience a principal element in providing comprehensive all-inclusive vacations,” said Jesus Almaguer, director of marketing and communications for Oasis Hotels & Resorts. “We are proud to receive this recognition from AAA that recognizes the brand’s culinary team, which continues to push the envelope in terms of the quality of cuisine all-inclusive hotels can deliver.”

Benazuza offers guests a provocative and engaging sensory dining experience where science meets haute cuisine. The experience begins with a series of inventive cocktails and is followed by more than 20 courses of innovative, culinary creations with Mexican influences.

In addition to the recent recognition from AAA, the restaurant has established itself as a must-try dining experience in Mexico, having been recognized with a range of industry awards.  In 2017, the World Luxury Restaurant Awards named Benazuza the best restaurant serving Mexican Cuisine in the world, the best luxury resort restaurant in North America, and the best restaurant serving molecular cuisine in north America.

Oasis invites guests to discover the brand’s award-winning restaurants at Grand Oasis Sens and The Pyramid at Grand Oasis Cancun. Moreover, the brand has expanded its culinary offerings to Tulum with the newly-opened and adults-only Sian Ka’an at Grand Tulum. Guests will have exclusive access to Careyes, The White Box, Cocoa Seafood & Oyster and Café del Mar.
