Nordis Technologies Hires Chief Technology Officer and Product Leader

Nordis Technologies, an innovative omnichannel customer communications management, and payments technology solutions company, has hired William E. Walker as chief technology officer. The longtime CTO and CIO are leading Nordis’ advanced technical strategy, including infrastructure, systems, and services to continue building upon the best-in-class service and delivery Nordis provides.

Also joining Nordis is Nicole Ritter as senior director of product management. In this new company position, Ritter is providing leadership and focus to the expanding cloud-based Expressoâ and ExpressoPayâ product suites and the new roadmap for our advanced digital and channel services.

Walker, who has a background in healthcare and print/mail production industries, came to Nordis from Carlex Glass America. At Carlex, Walker served as chief information officer where he consolidated multiple ERP systems and MES platforms. Walker also was chief technology officer for print/mail vendor DNI Corp and for Aegis Health Group. Walker has led business development and product development for healthcare information technology and medical device firms.

Before joining Nordis, Ritter served as director of content development and automation and director of workflow automation solutions for a print/mail marketing company. Her role included managing software programming for critical document communications production.
