Marriott Vacations Worldwide’s Jeannette Greene Honored with ARDA ACE Employee of the Year Award

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) is proud to announce that Jeannette Greene has been named the 2025 ARDA ACE Employee of the Year by the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). The prestigious award recognizes Jeannette’s outstanding leadership, innovation, and unwavering commitment to excellence throughout her decade-long tenure with MVW.

Joining the company in 2014 as Senior Director, Jeannette quickly rose through the ranks to become Vice President in 2020. In her current role, she oversees the team responsible for registering MVW’s vacation ownership products—a critical function that directly supports the company’s growth and compliance efforts.

Her forward-thinking approach has led to several operational improvements, including the adoption of digital tools such as USB-based product delivery and e-signature procedures. These initiatives have streamlined processes and elevated the customer and partner experience.

Beyond her operational impact, Jeannette has established herself as a passionate advocate for the vacation ownership industry. She has built strong working relationships with regulatory bodies and has played a key role in shaping policy and legislative matters that support industry development and protect consumer interests.

“We are thrilled to see Jeannette recognized for her contributions,” said a spokesperson for Marriott Vacations Worldwide. “Her work exemplifies the kind of leadership and innovation that drives our organization forward and strengthens our industry as a whole.”

Congratulations to Jeannette Greene on this well-deserved recognition.
